Apartment 4 in Budva

Apartment is located less than 400m from “Slovenska Plaza” and no more than 800m from old Budva city. Apartment has one large room, it has 36m² of space plus balcony of 14 m² and it is the fourth floor.
It has living room with dining room and complete kitchen, bed room, bathroom with shower tub, washing machine, air conditioner, cable television, DVD player and it is equipped with security door.
Parking spot comes with the apartment. Also, the whole building has large water tank and that means that, for our guests, there is no shortage of water.
The apartment boasts a fantastic view of the Riviera of Budva.
The living room has a folding sofa and the bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and one regular bed. This provides sleeping space for a total of four plus one individuals.

PRICES ARE VALID FOR GUESTS WHO STAY LONGER THAN 4 NIGHTS (FIVE DAYS).
IF YOU WANT LESS DAYS, THESE PRICES ARE 30% HIGHER.

The prices are in Euros for the whole apartment.

PAYMENT TERMS:

An advance payment in an amount of 30% of the whole price has to be paid, on our bank account, for the reservation.
When you contact us we will send you the instructions.

The rest of the whole price have to be paid at the moment of Your arrival in the apartment.

The guest who make the reservation is committed to confirm the correct number of persons which will stay in the apartment.

In the price of the Apartment is the residence tax of 0.8€ a person a day not included. The tax for your whole vacation you have to pay on the day of your arrival.
