Apartment 3 in Budva

This completely new 45 m² apartment/suite on the second floor of a residential building is located less than 400 meters from the "Slovenska" beach and less than 800 meters from the Old City of Budva.

The apartment consists of: a living and dining area with a kitchen, a bedroom with terrace, a bathroom with a shower tub. The apartment has air-conditioning ,cable TV and DVD player.

The apartment has its own parking space.

The apartment boasts a fantastic view of the Riviera of Budva.

The living room has a folding sofa and extra bed. The bedroom is furnished with a twin bed. This provides sleeping space for a total of five individuals.

PRICES ARE VALID FOR GUESTS WHO STAY LONGER THAN 4 NIGHTS (FIVE DAYS).
IF YOU WANT LESS DAYS, THESE PRICES ARE 30% HIGHER.

The prices are in Euros for the whole apartment.

PAYMENT TERMS:

An advance payment in an amount of 30% of the whole price has to be paid, on our bank account, for the reservation.
When you contact us we will send you the instructions.

The rest of the whole price have to be paid at the moment of Your arrival in the apartment.

The guest who make the reservation is committed to confirm the correct number of persons which will stay in the apartment.

In the price of the Apartment is the residence tax of 0.8€ a person a day not included. The tax for your whole vacation you have to pay on the day of your arrival.
